   that ranges from -32768 to 32767.

Normalization:  Increase sound wave to its
    maximum possible sound.

     Find the largest amplitude value in the sound

     Determine a multiplier which will make that
        largest value equal to 32767

     Multiple all of the sound samples by that
        determined multiplier
